Rescheduling: - If you wish to reschedule your service, we kindly request that you do so with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Exceptions: - The cancellation fee may be waived in exceptional circumstances, such as inclement weather, emergencies, or unforeseen events. Refunds: - The cancellation fee is not refundable and will be applied as a credit towards your future bookings with DreamLens.
